Body Scan Meditation

  • A guided journey through different parts of the body.

Mindful Movement

  • Slow, deliberate movements to improve mind - body connect.

  • Practices include gentle stretches and joint rotations.

Relaxation Techniques

  • Practices like Shavasana with visualization.

  • Integrating progressive muscle relaxation.

Pratyahara (Sense Withdrawal)
