Hema was a constant through my second and third trimester of pregnancy, and she's been an amazing teacher. Her patience, calmness, and dedication to her practice shows in every class. I'm glad to have done the prenatal Yoga course with her because it helped center me and feel more confident about my pregnancy and birthing journey. I highly recommend her to anyone looking for sound guidance to pursue Yoga.
